Kyle Larson Snaps 31 Race Winless Streak Winning at Homestead! Chris Buescher Seals Title!

Since May in Charlotte last season Kyle Larson had not seen victory but today he went head to head with drivers like Kyle Busch and Austin Dillon en route to a Ford Ecoboost 300 Victory. Kyle Busch had dominated until an uncontrolled tire ended his run but then making contact with the inside wall ending his day and relegating him to a 30th place finish.
Chase Elliott, Ty Dillon, and Regan Smith gave Chris Buescher a run for his money but in the end Chris would raise the first NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship!
Last Weekend Brad Keselowski locked the NASCAR Xfinity Series Owner's Championship for team owner Roger Penske. Through the 2015 Season we saw drivers Ryan Blaney, Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano, and Alex Tagliani lock that position for The Captain. We hope to see Michael McDowell and Tyler Reddick join these four in 2016 sharing the #22 Ride! This is Roger Penske's and Roush Yates Engines 3rd Straight Xfinity Series Owner's Championship!

Next Race

As a great season comes to an end we look to the future. On February 20th, 2016 we return to racing. Look for new names in new places and look for familiar faces to be missing from the Xfinity Series as they look to the next level. Chris Buescher will be the defending Champion and will look to be the 2nd Roush Fenway Racing Driver to win 2 in a row as Ricky Stenhouse Jr won 2 in a row in 2011 and 2012. Will Daytona be as eventful as it was in 2015? Find out in 90 Days!

Denny Hamlin wins Homestead Pole!

2013 Homestead winner Denny Hamlin will lead the field to green on Sunday. Joey "The Dominator" Logano will start on the Outside Pole while Kyle Busch, Ryan Newman, and Jeff Gordon will make the Top 5! Kevin Harvick who qualified in the 13th position was the worst qualifying position by a Chase contender. With 45 cars being entered 2 will pack their bags and head home and prepare for the 2016 Daytona 500 and those 2 drivers were Jeb Burton and Reed Sorenson. Michael McDowell who needed to turn a lap inside the Top 36 turned a 31.097 lap landing him in the 29th position for Sunday's Race and sending Jeb Burton home.

The New Kid On The Block Has A Full Time Ride in 2016!

Wood Brothers Racing and Ryan Blaney were happy to announce that Ryan would be competing full time in the #21 Ford Fusion with backing from Longtime Sponsor Ford Motorcraft. Ryan will not only be competing for the 2016 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Championship but will also face Chase Elliott for the 2016 Rookie Of The Year.
The Last time Wood Brothers Racing ran full time was in 2008 with drivers like Marcos Ambrose, Bill Elliott, and Jon Wood with sponsor backing Little Debbie Snack Cakes out of Collegedale, TN and
Air Force who is currently a sponsor of Ford Performance Partner Aric Almirola! We would love to see Little Debbie Snack Cakes make a return so if you want them back shoot them an email saying that they need to sponsor the New Kid on The Block!
Ryan, who is the son of NASCAR and Dirt Legend Dave Blaney, will look to continue his momentum onto 2016. Ryan has had one Top 5 at Talladega along with 2 Top 10's! One thing that Ryan and Wood Brothers will not have to worry about in 2016 is rain as they have in
2015 for 3 Races. Look for Ryan Blaney to join Team Penske's Chase Party in 2016 and look to Michael McDowell to carry the part time torch that Blaney has carried this season! Good Luck Next Season Ryan! Look in December for the Final Part of 2015 of the New Kid on the Block Series as it will return in 2016! (Koelle, 2015)

Matt Crafton Wins 6th Race of 2015! Erik Jones Clinches First Championship

Matt Crafton won Friday Night's Season Finale and if he had a more better end to the season he could be hoisting the championship title for the 3rd consecutive year but a series of unfortunate events it left Matt sitting in the 3rd place in points. John Hunter Nemechek, Tyler Reddick, Ben Kennedy, and Timothy Peters rounded out the Top 10! Championship Winner Erik Jones had to finish 15th or better in order to lock the Championship and he finished 6th locking him and his team owner Kyle Busch's first Truck Series Championship!
