The New Kid On The Block Has A Full Time Ride in 2016!

Wood Brothers Racing and Ryan Blaney were happy to announce that Ryan would be competing full time in the #21 Ford Fusion with backing from Longtime Sponsor Ford Motorcraft. Ryan will not only be competing for the 2016 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Championship but will also face Chase Elliott for the 2016 Rookie Of The Year.
The Last time Wood Brothers Racing ran full time was in 2008 with drivers like Marcos Ambrose, Bill Elliott, and Jon Wood with sponsor backing Little Debbie Snack Cakes out of Collegedale, TN and
Air Force who is currently a sponsor of Ford Performance Partner Aric Almirola! We would love to see Little Debbie Snack Cakes make a return so if you want them back shoot them an email saying that they need to sponsor the New Kid on The Block!
Ryan, who is the son of NASCAR and Dirt Legend Dave Blaney, will look to continue his momentum onto 2016. Ryan has had one Top 5 at Talladega along with 2 Top 10's! One thing that Ryan and Wood Brothers will not have to worry about in 2016 is rain as they have in
2015 for 3 Races. Look for Ryan Blaney to join Team Penske's Chase Party in 2016 and look to Michael McDowell to carry the part time torch that Blaney has carried this season! Good Luck Next Season Ryan! Look in December for the Final Part of 2015 of the New Kid on the Block Series as it will return in 2016! (Koelle, 2015)
