NASCAR Fantasy Picks For Watkins Glen has a fantasy program set up and Here on NASCAR Team Source I will give you my fantasy picks for this weekends race!

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (Cheez-It 355 At The Glen)

  1. Jeff Gordon
If you pick Jeff Gordon you should be in good hands. He's had four wins at the Road Course and I think a number 5 is coming. He will at least help you this weekend with I predict nothing outside a Top 5.
     2. Tony Stewart
Tony has really picked it up recently and at a track where he has the most wins is the perfect place to bring his momentum. I again predict he won't finish anywhere outside the Top 5.

     3. AJ Almindinger
He was the little guy who could last season and I think he can again. A.J could be the new Marcos Ambrose at the Road Courses.

    4. Michael McDowell
This guy is phenomenal on the Road Courses as long as he doesn't get wrecked which has been a common occurrence at Road Courses recently for him. Leavine Family has had some success at the Watkins Glen Road Course in the past with drivers like Scott Speed and Reed Sorenson I seek Michael McDowell could get a Top 10 finish if everything pans out for him.

My Streak To The Finish Predictions

I've got Tony Stewart Ending A Streak and Finally getting back to Victory Lane!

I've got Daniel Suarez going to victory lane for the first time in his Career!

The Zippo 200 at The Glen Preview

The NASCAR Xfinity Series makes its first right turns this weekend in Watkins Glen, NY. It Begins the string of challenging tracks starting at Watkins Glen, Then Mid Ohio, Bristol, and to end it at Road America. All four really challenging tracks oh yeah I forgot to add number 5 which is the Lady In Black, Darlington.
Marcos Ambrose won last years even but since he's not entered there is no previous years race winner in the field. In 2013 Brad Keselowski conquered the Glen. He is the only defending winner in the field for Saturday's Zippo 200 at The Glen.
Ryan Blaney, who is the winner of the last race in the Xfinity Series at Iowa, is not entered in the race.

Bristol Motor Speedway and Chevrolet will attempt Largest Black Out

It's something you commonly see at College and High School Football Games with Team Colors but On August 22nd, in Thunder Valley, Bristol Motor Speedway and Chevrolet will bring the #BristolBlackOut! Its the color of Michael McDowell's #95 K-Love Ford Fusion, The Walls at Bristol have been black, Who knows a driver could leave Bristol with a Black Eye? Black will be a very popular color in Bristol this year so If you are attending the Irwin Tools Night Race wear black! Bristol will attempt the Biggest Blackout Ever!

Bristol has succeeded at this many years including in 2008 when Dale Jarrett made his final NASCAR Start.
A very patriotic Card Art
When Rusty Wallace retired in 2005 BMS Did something very special to highlight that. Bristol was Rusty's favorite track and who Knows Rusty may have been Bristol's Favorite Driver!

Cheez-It 355 at The Glen Preview

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series visits it final Road Course of 2015! Underdog A.J, Almindinger took home the victory last season and as you may imagine many teams are viewing this as their last shot at making the Chase for The Sprint Cup. Former winners of this race who haven't gotten a win yet in 2015 include last years winner A.J Almindinger, Tony Stewart who holds the record for 5 Wins at The Glen, and Jeff Gordon who has won at The Glen 4 times will make his Final Glen start! I'd certainly have these 3 on your fantasy list and to throw in a wild card add Michael McDowell or Sam Hornish Jr., both have experience on the Road Courses. Michael whose run for the win last season was dimmed after a horrifying crash with Ryan Newman and After getting turned on the Final Lap at Sonoma this season McDowell wound up 34th but trust me those 2 results don't show how good Michael is on the Road Courses. Sam Hornish Jr, who finished 10th in Sonoma, will be making his first Glen start since 2012. Sunday's race could throw that wild card into the chase and could push some of those who are on the bubble out!
