Finchum Wins in Hometown!

Martin McClure Racing just announced that Chad Finchum would be in the car just a few days ago. Today in Bristol, Finchum delivered a victory to his team in just his 13th NASCAR K&N Series Start. Kyle Benjamin came home 2nd, Kaz Grala 3rd, Justin Haley 4th, and Dillon Bassett came home in the 5th position! A crash took out contenders like Sarah Cornett-Ching along with a few others including Ali Kern, who was transported to a local medical center for further evaluation. Erik Jones Cashes in to Win at Bristol

Finally! as many fans yelled as Erik Jones took the Checkered flag today in Bristol, TN. Erik Jones becomes the first NASCAR Xfinity Series Driver Regular to gain a ticket into the chase and is also the first Xfinity Series regular to visit victory lane this season! Kyle Busch and Larson practically dominated the race but Erik Jones led the lap that counted sending Erik to victory lane for the first time at Bristol and the 3rd time of his career. Austin Dillon, and Justin Allgaier rounded out the Top 5. The heat races in my opinion were a waste of time but its only the first race with the new system.

Next Race

Round Two of the NASCAR Xfinity Series Dash 4 Cash happens next weekend in Richmond and that #20 car has had a pleasant past at Richmond. With no Kyle Busch in the field until June drivers will look to capitalize on a grand opportunity. Drivers like Brandon Jones, Ty Dillon, Jeb Burton, and many others will look to take their first victory of the year along with some first time winners still seeking their first W of their Career like Blake Koch, Brandon Jones, etc. We are looking forward to Richmond next Saturday Afternoon!
