Attempts at winning "The Big One" - 2019 Edition

The 61st running of the Daytona 500 is fast approaching with Daytona 500 qualifying slated for this Sunday (February 10th). The Daytona 500 is one of the most prestigious races on the NASCAR schedule and many drivers will look to add their name to the Harley J. Earle trophy come Sunday, February 17th, 2019. Austin Dillon added his name to the list of winners in his sixth attempt. For some drivers, it takes their entire career to win the Daytona 500 while some hit a walk-off victory in their debut Daytona 500.

A list of drivers will take to the high banks of the Daytona International Speedway next Sunday with one goal, win the Daytona 500. 33 drivers enter the race without a Daytona 500 victory on their resume while eight drivers enter with at least one victory in the race.
