Brett Moffitt made a last lap pass on Johnny Sauter to secure his fourth victory of 2018. Moffitt went under the No. 21 of Sauter coming to the checkers and just edged him by .025 seconds.
John Hunter Nemechek finished third while Noah Gragson and Todd Gilliland rounded out the top-five.
Matt Crafton, who had to come from the rear of the field after a tire change, finished the race in 10th. He and Gragson both led 18 laps apiece, the most of any drivers in the field. The race winner only led a total of five laps.

The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series heads to Bristol Motor Speedway on Thursday Night for the UNOH 200. The last race of the regular season gives some drivers a final shot to make the playoffs including Myatt Snider, Cody Coughlin, Dalton Sargeant, Todd Gilliland, and others. Johnny Sauter, Noah Gragson, Brett Moffitt, Justin Haley, and Ben Rhodes have all punched their tickets via a victory. Grant Enfinger is the highest non-winner in points sitting in third.
