Brad Keselowski Secures 22nd Career Pole; Will Start From Rear After Late Arrival to Drivers Meeting

Brad Keselowski turned fast lap during the final round of qualifying to put his No. 22 Richmond Ford Mustang on the pole. A 130.296-mph lap around the New Hampshire Motor Speedway resulted in the pole position but as a result of Keselowski missing the driver meeting, he will have to start from the rear of the field.

As result, Christopher Bell, who qualified second, will start from the pole in Saturday's Lakes Region 200. Bell's Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Ryan Preece will start in the second position while Cole Custer, John Hunter Nemechek, and Daniel Hemric rounds out the top-five starting spots.

With only two Cup regulars in the field, many drivers have the opportunity to make an impact on the playoff grid including Michael Annett and Ryan Sieg, the first two drivers outside the cutoff. Ryan Reed and Ross Chastain are the first two drivers inside with Reed having a +77 point margin over the cutoff line and Chastain having a +40 points margin.
