Bowyer finished the race in the second position. Daniel Suarez tied his career-best finish of third while Martin Truex Jr. and Kurt Busch rounded out the top five.
Brad Keselowski led the second most laps of the race at 108 laps but a slow final stop ended any hopes of the No. 2 car earning the victory, he'd finish sixth.

Kyle Busch spent a majority of the first parts of the race of complaining about a vibration and on lap 271, the drive shaft on his No. 18 Pedigree Dog Food Toyota Camry finally gave way ending his day, his first DNF since Talladega last October.
