Justin Allgaier turned the fastest lap in the final session to qualify first for today's DC Solar 200. Allgaier turned a 26.896-second(133.849 mph.) to win his sixth career pole. The Ford's of Brad Keselowski and Cole Custer will start second and third followed by the Toyota's of Christopher Bell and Kyle Busch.Austin Cindric just barely missed making the final round and will start 13th in today's DC Solar 200. 2000 NASCAR XFINITY Series champion Jeff Green was the first driver to not qualify into the second round, he'll start 25th.
XFINITY Series points leader Tyler Reddick will start the race from the rear of the field after his No. 9 Nationwide Children's Hospital Chevrolet Camaro nailed the outside wall before he was able to turn a lap in the first session. He will have to go to a backup car joining teammate Elliott Sadler at the rear.
