Despite taking a while, one-by-one teams began putting their names in the hat for the 2018 season, a season full of change for the NCWTS. Spec. engines will be run in 2018 and will be on display beginning in Friday Night's race. Kaz Grala, the defending race winner, will not race in the series in 2018 after being promoted to the NASCAR XFINITY Series and JGL Racing. Look for new faces in new places and new teams with new manufacturers.
36 trucks are entered for Friday Nights race and only 32 will compete for the trophy. Here is the entry list for the 2018 NextEra Energy 250 at Daytona.
