Brad Keselowski will start on the pole for Sunday's Citizen Soldier 400 at the Dover International Raceway since qualifying was cancelled due to wet track conditions. The field was set according to the rule book. Martin Truex Jr. will start second while Kyle Busch will start third and Matt Kenseth and Joey Logano will help round out the Top-5. The Top-16 in points will start in positions 1-16 with Chris Buescher starting 16th. Since only 40 cars were entered, all 40 cars will start the race Sunday with no cars on the DNQ list. Kyle Larson led the sole practice with Matt Kenseth finishing second. Sprint Cup Practice will be on CNBC tomorrow at 10:30 am/ET. It will also be availible on the NBC Sports App.
