The Monster is waiting for 16 drivers to enter the Dover International Raceway next weekend in the Citizen Soldier 400. It's the first elimination race of 2016 and with some surprises in the seat to be eliminated. Jamie McMurray and Austin Dillon just need to have a consistent afternoon next weekend while Tony Stewart and Chris Buescher basically need to win to advance. The two drivers who aren't concerned include Martin Truex Jr. and Kevin Harvick. This is the entry list for Sunday's Citizen Soldier 400.
