Keselowski Handed P.2 Penalty; Crew Chief Fined

Brad Keselowski landed a 3rd place finish Sunday Afternoon in the Pure Michigan 400 at Michigan International Speedway but following the race, Keselowski's #2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion failed post race laser inspection which has seemed to be a common failure before the race this season but Brad's was following the 400 mile race.
For this failure Brad Keselowski and his Team Penske team was handed a P.2 Penalty. Crew chief Paul Wolfe has been fined $15,000; team has been assessed with the loss of 10 championship owner and 10 championship driver points.
Keselowski was also handed a warning after failing pre-race LIS-Laser Inspection along with Michael McDowell, Regan Smith, and Ryan Newman. (Koelle,2016)
