Erik Jones Wins Bristol Pole

Erik Jones will lead the field to green in tonight's Food City 300 from Bristol Motor Speedway. Kyle Busch came up short of a perfect day by qualifying second, Daniel Suarez, Brandon Jones, and Austin Dillon rounded out the Top-5. Brandon Jones, who starts 4th, tied his best career start while Erik Jones won his 10th career pole. In those 10 times, Jones has went on to win 3 times. Jones is also the defending track winner after he won here in April. Some surprises within the Top-12 include Jeremy Clements who qualified 12th, Regan Smith who qualified 9th (Regan hasn't raced an Xfinity Car since Homestead of 2015). Some notables outside include Blake Koch who qualified 17th and Ryan Sieg who qualified 23rd.
