Clements Looks to Continue Momentum at Indianapolis

Jeremy Clements is coming off yet another Top-15 at New Hampshire last weekend. This weekend the #51 Crew heads to the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Indianapolis, IN.
Last weekend in New Hampshire, as noted in our article earlier this week, Jeremy Clements finished 13th, his second best finish of 2016.
Clements returns to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the 5th time of his career. His best finish at Indianapolis came in the Inaugural Race at Indianapolis in 2012, where Clements finished 10th. Clements also raced at IRP before the NASCAR Xfinity Series moved to Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Clements currently sits 14th in points, 18 points outside of the Chase.
In practice today, Jeremy finished first practice in 20th place with an speed of 173.050, In second practice he finished 21st with a speed of 171.129. Qualifying will be tomorrow at 11:45 a.m on NBCSN. (Koelle,2016)
