Kyle Benjamin Returning with DGR-Crosley at Martinsville

Kyle Benjamin will get another shot to earn his first career NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory on Saturday as DGR-Crosley announced he will pilot the No. 17 entry for the organization in Saturday's Texas Roadhouse 200. Benjamin was really close to earning that first career victory but came up short finishing second to John Hunter Nemechek, DGR-Crosley's best career finish.

"I'm really thankful for the opportunity to go back to Martinsville with DGR-Crosley," said Benjamin in the press release. "We were so close to getting the win in the spring race and I definitely think we will be a contender again. I'm really happy to get another shot at it. I know the guys will bring me a fast Toyota Tundra this weekend. We just have to keep it clean throughout the race and be there at the end."

The second place finish by Benjamin was his first start in the Camping World Truck Series. Benjamin has eight starts in the NASCAR XFINITY Series with Joe Gibbs Racing with the best finish of second at Iowa last season. Benjamin will race alongside 2018 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East Champion Tyler Ankrum who will pilot the teams No. 54 entry. (Koelle,2018)
