US Naval Officer Makes Jump Up to NASCAR Camping World Truck Series

JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. (Aug 20, 2018) - History for the US Naval Academy, US Navy, and NASCAR will have another chapter written come Aug 26th. Lt. Jesse Iwuji, Naval Academy Alumni & current Surface Warfare officer in the Navy, will make his debut in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park in the #34 truck for Reaume Bros Racing owned by Josh Reaume.

“This is a special opportunity not only for me, but for all of my fellow service members out there
with goals & dreams that most will tell you is impossible and that you can’t do” said Lt. Iwuji.
“With this being my first start in Trucks, my goal is to go out there and learn from a field of some
amazing drivers, stay in my lane, and be there at the end of the race to finish. We can progress
from that”

Lt. Iwuji, who has invested a great deal over the past few years in promoting brands that support our military, is very proud to partner with Zulu Audio, Silk Title & Escrow, SHITI Coolers, BBMC Mortgage and The Red List Group for this National Series level leap into the NASCAR. Zulu Audio is a veteran-owned technology company focused on developing unique solutions to everyday problems. Silk Title & Escrow is a title insurance provider deeply rooted in their people, process and technology to streamline and support nationwide closings for lenders, realtors, buyers, and sellers. SHITI Coolers was founded with a basic mission: to build a humorous culture around rebranding the old rusted cooler you already own. BBMC Mortgage is a full-service lending company that specializes in VA loans and supports veterans with a monetary donation on every qualified closed loan. The Red List Group is a drag race events company holding multiple 1/4 mile drag race events on the West Coast yearly for stock to highly modified street vehicles and purpose-built drag vehicles.

"I am honored to represent companies that take pride in supporting the military. The founder of
Zulu Audio is a US Naval Academy Alumni which had me excited and made this sponsorship so
much more authentic because it was Academy brethren supporting Academy brethren."

For their part, Zulu Audio couldn’t be prouder to be teaming up with Lt. Iwuji. Ari Polivy, co-founder/inventor & Active Duty US Marine, said, “Zulu Audio is a veteran-owned
technology company focused on developing unique solutions to everyday problems and is
thrilled to welcome fellow veteran and NASCAR driver Jesse Iwuji to our team”.

Marc Trachtenberg, President & CEO of Silk Title & Escrow, is looking forward to supporting Jesse’s big move this year. “This sponsorship aligns very well with the same core values that Jesse has. It touches a core audience that is shared as well.”

“Sponsoring Jesses Truck is a major opportunity to spread our message to the loyal and
dedicated fans of NASCAR that have been bringing the same cooler to races for years. Let the
dents in our coolers remind us of the good times!” said SHITI Cooler co-founder Trevor Zacny.
LT Iwuji mentioned “SHITI Coolers is a brand that has been needed in the NASCAR space for a
while, the fans are going to embrace them quite well.”

LT Iwuji says “BBMC Mortgage has been a big part of this season and getting us to this point;
but what makes it great is that they do so much to support service members. They’re even
doing a sweepstakes for 1-year free rent or mortgage called ‘We got your six’”.

Todd Jones, president of BBMC, said, “Jesse represents all that is best in our great country and
he particularly demonstrates the values that BBMC Mortgage holds dearest: commitment to
excellence, service to our great nation, professional composure, attention to detail, and
commitment to speed. BBMC Mortgage strives to grant greater access to the American Dream
of Homeownership to millions of racing fans through outstanding execution of our mortgage
products, and, in the process, care for our veterans better than any team or company in
America.”

Matt Casto, President of The Sports Agency, is also excited for the journey ahead. “These
moments make being in the trenches this year and grinding it out with Jesse all worth it. We
keep reminding each other if getting to the top was easy everyone would be there! No one said
it would be easy, but we are in full belief that it will all be worth it!”

Tune in Sunday, August 26th at 2:30pm EST on Fox Sports 1 for all the action. Fans can follow
