Spencer Davis Set to Return to Truck Series at Michigan

Following the victory at Pocono Raceway, Kyle Busch gives up the No. 51 Toyota Tundra to a couple other drivers for the rest of the season as Busch competed in his final start. This weekend Dawsonville, Georgia native Spencer Davis makes his return to the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. He'll make his fifth career start in the series this weekend and his first start in the series at the Michigan International Speedway.

In four starts in the Camping World Truck Series, Davis has the best finish of seventh in the season-opening race at Daytona. Two 13th place and a ninth place finish highlighting the other three starts for Davis who is showing consistency.

Davis has one start at Michigan in a stock car coming in 2017 with Venturini Motorsports in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards. He finished ninth after starting seventh. Davis is looking to earn another strong finish at a track where he doesn't have much experience at, much like the other races this season. (Koelle,2018)
