Johnny Sauter was able to hold off a hard-charging Stewart Friesen to win his fifth victory of the 2018 season. Sauter already clinched the regular season championship by just starting the UNOH 200.Friesen finished the race in second, the fourth second-place finish of his career. John Hunter Nemechek straight up dominated the race winning both stages but one little problem at the end cost the No. 8 the victory. Nemechek would still finish the race in third while Parker Kligerman and Todd Gilliland rounded out the top five.
