DGR-Crosley Adds Riley Herbst for Bristol and Phoenix

DGR-Crosley has been growing in their rookie season in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. The organization has fielded at least one truck in every race this season with the occasional appearance by the No. 17, their second truck. Kyle Benjamin, David Gilliland, Bo LeMastus, Tyler Dippel, Chris Eggleston, Justin Marks, Zane Smith, and now Riley Herbst will pilot a truck for the organization.

Herbst, full-time driver in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards for Joe Gibbs Racing, will pilot the No. 54 at Bristol Motor Speedway next Thursday and at ISM Raceway in November. He will also pilot the DGR-Crosley entry in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series at New Hampshire next month.

"I'm excited for the opportunity to join DGR-Crosley for a few races this season," said Herbst. "They've shown impressive speed in the Truck Series and are dominating the K&N Series right now. I think we'll have a real shot to run up front and contend for a win in all three races. Having David [Gilliland] to lean on will be a huge asset as well. I was able to work with the 54 crew some last week in a test at Bristol and we learned a lot that will help us next week. I'm really looking forward to getting to Bristol."

In his Camping World Truck Series debut with Kyle Busch Motorsports, he earned an eighth-place finish at Gateway. He has one career victory in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards coming last season at Pocono. (Koelle,2018)
