Codie Rohrbaugh Strong in Camping World Truck Series Debut

For those familiar with Codie Rohrbaugh from the ARCA Racing Series, Thursday's run by Rohrbaugh didn't come to surprise as the driver of the No. 9 Grant County Mulch Chevrolet Silverado has been impressive in his short career. On Thursday, Rohrbaugh made his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut in the UNOH 200.

With the toughest goal of the night, making the race, out of the way. Rohrbaugh would just need to survive in the "World's Last Great Coliseum". Rohrbaugh was able to make it through the 200 laps of the Bristol Motor Speedway keeping his name better than 20th on the running order. In the later stages of the race, Rohrbaugh began making gains and ultimately earned a 16th place finish.

Rohrbaugh will return to the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards at Kansas but will also run one of the three final races of the season (Texas, ISM Raceway, or Homestead).

"We haven't really decided which race we're going to tackle, yet," said Rohrbaugh in the team release. "We'll see how Bristol goes and then make the decision that's not only in the best interest of our team, but our partners too. For now, Bristol here we come." (Koelle,2018)
