Entry List: 2018 Coca-Cola Firecracker 250

The NASCAR XFINITY Series returns to the Daytona International Speedway for the Firecracker 250. The 17th running of the event highlights the last restrictor plate race of the 2018 season for the drivers of the XFINITY Series and gives many drivers one of their final shots at punching their ticket to the playoffs with a victory.

Defending race winner William Byron isn't entered in Friday's XFINITY Race as he's moved up to the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series. Driving the No. 9 now is Tyler Reddick, the last driver to earn a victory at Daytona. Reddick earned second career victory in the season-opening race in the closest finish in NASCAR history.

Shane Lee will pilot the No. 3, the car that won in 2010 with Dale Earnhardt Jr. It'll be Lee's second restrictor plate start, he impressed in his first race at Talladega and will look for another strong finish on Friday.

Ryan Preece returns to the No. 18 this weekend, his first start since his victory at Bristol earlier this season. After this race, Preece will return to the series at Indianapolis later this season.

GMS Racing has entered two vehicles for this weekends race with Chase Elliott piloting the No. 23 and Justin Haley in the new No. 24. The No. 24 was last seen piloted by Haley's former teammate and GMS Racing's former driver Kaz Grala. Haley made his debut at Iowa a few weeks ago where he tallied a 12th place finish.
