Brett Moffitt Secures Sponsorship for Chicago to Continue Championship Campaign

If you had asked Brett Moffitt last weekend at Gateway about running this weekends race at Chicagoland Speedway, he would have been unsure but on Wednesday, the organization announced they had landed a sponsor for Friday night's Overton's 225 at Chicagoland Speedway. Fr8Auctions will sponsor the No. 16 Toyota Tundra this weekend at Chicagoland, a sponsor that dates back to the 2015 Ford 400 when Moffitt earned his Rookie of the Year campaign driving for Front Row Motorsports.

"I cannot thank Marcus Barela and Fr8Auctions enough, along with Northland Foundations, for coming on board this weekend at Chicagoland," said Moffitt. "It was extremely special to win the Rookie of the Year title in the Cup Series with them three years ago and this is even better. Last week at Gateway we weren't sure what our status was for this weekend and having them come on board has given us the chance to race for another win this week at Chicago. I knew it was only a matter of time before more people realized what this team and organization is capable of, and hopefully we can put Fr8Auctions in victory lane on Friday night."

The Atlanta, Georgia-based asset recovery and inventory liquidation business, debuted in that 2015 Ford 400 with Moffitt and on Friday, they return to become an important part of continuing Moffit and Hattori Racing Enterprises impressive 2018 season.

In 23 starts in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Moffitt has secured three career victories, two of which have come this season (Atlanta & Iowa). So far this season the team has earned five top-five and top-10 finishes. (Koelle,2018)
