NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Zane Smith passed Sheldon Creed late in Saturday's Music City 200 at Nashville to secure his first career victory in the series. He had finished second three times before his first career victory but on Saturday Night, Smith seemed to have the dominant car in the cold conditions in Nashville, Tennessee. Creed had taken the lead from Smith on the final restart. The two battled until Smith took the lead back but he still wasn't able to breathe easy. Creed continued to put pressure on the No. 41 but time would run out and Smith would get the guitar in victory lane.Creed still finished the race in second and his MDM Motorsports teammate Harrison Burton would finish third, after having to come from 25th rounding out the MDM sweep of the first three positions. Michael Self, the winner of the last two ARCA Races, led seven laps in Saturday's race but he'd finish the race in fourth.
Though Creed challenged Smith in the end, Smith led the most laps with 120 of the 200 laps. Five cautions slowed the event for 43 laps. Michael Self remains the points leader followed by Sheldon Creed. Decker moves up to third, race winner Smith moves up to fourth, and Riley Herbst rounds out the top-five.
