Peters has been a well-known name in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series competing in 239 races in the series. In those 239 starts in the series, Peters has won 10 times and tallied 57 top-fives and 123 top-tens.
Peters career hasn't just been in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. He's made a total of eight starts in the NASCAR XFINITY Series and two starts in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards. Peters finished seventh at Daytona in the 2007 ARCA Race driving for Richard Childress Racing. He has two 13th place finishes in the NASCAR XFINITY Series, one of which in his debut in 2006 at Memphis and another at Phoenix in 2007, both with Richard Childress Racing. (Koelle,2018)
