Matt Borland will oversee the No. 13 Chevrolet Camero next season in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series piloted by Ty Dillon. Borland has spent 13 seasons in the Cup series with drivers Ryan Newman, Dale Jarrett, Scott Riggs, and Paul Menard. He's overseen a total of 13 career victories, 63 top-fives, 105 top-10's, and 39 poles as a crew chief.

"Matt Borland brings a varied skill set to our #13 program. With his engineering skills and veteran leadership, we are looking forward to continued improvements in our team results as we move into the new season and beyond," said team owner Bob Germain Jr. in the team release.

Borland spent the 2017 NASCAR season as the crew chief for Paul Menard. Borland and Dillon have experience together, at Homestead in 2016. Dillon piloted the No. 95 for Leavine Family Racing to a 33rd place finish after a late race crash. (Koelle,2017)
