The cloud of unknown has turned to sunshine for the Cato, NY native as he will race in 12 races for RBR Enterprises in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.
Smith, who drove for Tommy Baldwin Racing in 2016, lost his ride following the ceasing of full-time operations and was left with a cloud of doubt over his future in the sport. Today, Smith knows he will race in NASCAR.

Regan Smith has made 23 starts in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series with his most recent coming in 2008 driving for Morgan-Dollar Motorsports. Smith finished 17th at Michigan that season. Smith's best career finish in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series came at Gateway in 2007 where he finished 5th. That 5th place finish at Gateway was his sole Top-5 in the NCWTS with him also gaining 5 Top-10's.
Parker Kligerman piloted the #92 10 times last season while Grant Enfinger and Cole Whitt both piloted the #92 one race a piece. Regan Smith will pilot the #92 Ford F-150 beginning at Daytona later this month. The team will then run the next 5 races on the NCWTS Schedule (Atlanta, Martinsville, Kansas, Charlotte, and Dover).
