In mid-2017, The NASCAR News Source became The Motorsports News Source with a few things in mind especially with the future. Moving from being exclusive to NASCAR to Motorsports would make us able to cover a wide range of Motorsports with the goal of reporting the news in some of America's top Motorsports. Today we are happy to reveal the coverage we will be focusing on in the 2017 Season with some new Motorsports joining the lineup.
In NASCAR we will continue to cover the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, NASCAR K&N Pro Series East and West, and The NASCAR Pinty's Series. Joining those series will be the NASCAR Whelen Modified Series and NASCAR PEAK Mexico Series. Adding those two series will help us give you the fans a wide selection of NASCAR that you may haven't known about before. The schedule for us for the NASCAR Season is still slightly foggy but it's clearing up as the season approaches. The schedule announcement will be revealed as soon as we can confirm the races we will be covering. We have heavy interests in doing the same races we did in 2016 while adding Memphis to the list for the return of The NASCAR K&N Pro Series East.

Returning in 2017 will be the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards but we will not be attending the Test at the Daytona International Speedway next weekend. We can confirm one event on the schedule for 2017 that we will be covering for the second straight season. We will be heading up I-24 to Nashville Fairgrounds for the Music City 200. It gained a major amount of popularity in 2016 and we are excited to announce that we will cover that race at least. Other ARCA Racing Series races will be announced as soon as we can confirm which should be in a few weeks.

Returning to The Motorsports News Source will be the Verizon IndyCar Series. We really enjoyed covering IndyCar in 2016 and really look forward to covering it in 2017 with all of the moves happening during the silly season. More details about it will be revealed the closer we get to the Verizon IndyCar Series Season Opener.
New for the 2017 season will be Monster Energy Supercross which returns tonight from Anaheim. It had been previously announced last season that we would cover the Supercross season and we are shooting to attend as many races as possible. We will report our schedule for that series again as soon as we can confirm.
Stay tuned for more news concerning schedules, interviews, silly season moves, and any other announcements we will have coming in the next few weeks. (Koelle,2017)
