That announcement was the announcement of the crew chiefs for the two full time trucks and the one all-star truck that will feature drivers like Todd Gilliland to 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion Kyle Busch. Overseeing the #51 Truck will be veteran crew chief Kevin Manion. Manion oversaw the #51 truck in 2016 where he gained one victory with Daniel Suarez at Phoenix. He will oversee the opperations of Harrison Burton, Todd Gilliland, Myatt Snider, and Kyle Busch.
The #18 Toyota Tundra will be driven by Rookie Driver Noah Gragson and overseeing that truck will also be veteran Marcus Richmond. Marcus was a very busy man in 2016 overseeing the operations for Cole Custer (16 Races), Ben Kennedy (2 Races), and Johnny Sauter (6 Races). Marcus has 9 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victories in his career which is a very good thing to have on your resume.
Finally returning in 2017 will be Rookie Sensation Christopher Bell will have Rudy Fugle as the crew chief in 2017. Fugle was the crew chief for William Byron in 2016 where he over saw the rookie gain a record 7 victories. Every victory Fugle has gained in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series has came with Kyle Busch Motorsports, he has gained victories with Kyle Busch, Erik Jones, and as noted above William Byron. Fugle also won the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Championship with Erik Jones in 2015. For all the latest news please stay tuned to The Motorsports News Source! (Koelle,2017)
