Enfinger Gains Full Time Ride

The 2016 Fred's 250 powered by Coca-Cola winner Grant Enfinger has gained a full time ride for the 2017 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season.

It was announced this afternoon that Grant Enfinger will pilot the #98 Champion Power Equipment Toyota Tundra this season in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Enfinger was able to gain his first career NCWTS Pole last season in the season opening race at Daytona. Enfinger also was able to gain his first career NCWTS victory as noted above in the Fred's 250 at Talladega. Grant Enfinger has an ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards Championship that he won in 2015 and this season he will seek to add a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Championship and he could get one step closer by gaining a victory at Daytona, where he has gained two victories in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards.
Overseeing Enfingers' 2017 Campaign at ThorSport Racing will be Jeff Hensley. Hensley has much experience in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series gaining 13 victories most recently at Michigan in 2014 with Johnny Sauter. Along with 13 victories, Hensley has overseen 77 Top-5's, 158 Top-10's, 33 Poles, and a best finish of 2nd in the points with Mike Skinner in 2007. Last season Jeff Hensley was the crew chief for Spencer Gallagher where he oversaw Gallagher gain 1 Top-5, 8 Top-10's, and 2 poles.
