Bilicki Survives Chaotic Phoenix to Gain Career Best Finish

After starting dead last last night, Josh Bilicki surely did what I said he would in my preview and that was impress. Bilicki didn't have the fastest car but his car had a smart driver behind the wheel. All Bilicki needed to do was survive the carnage and make it out in one piece and that was what he did. He started last and just stayed consistent throughout the whole Ticket Galaxy 200. Bilicki kept the car in one piece and avoided any accidents or chaotic moments that would happen in front of him including a close moment with a JR Motorsports car during the race. As the checkered flag fell Bilicki would send the #97 and Obaika Racing home with a 28th place finish. His best finish of his career and Victor Obaika's best finish since Ryan Ellis finished 22nd at Kentucky. Congrats to Josh Bilicki on his career best finish yesterday in Phoenix! (Koelle,2016)
