Despite not making the inaugural Xfinity Series Chase, JJ Yeley and his Tri-Star Motorsports team hasn't gave up on ending 2016 with a boom and with the amount of consistency he's been showing as of late, we could quite possibly see the Phoenix, AZ native remain at Tri-Star Motorsports in 2017.
This past weekend at Dover was no different for J.J Yeley as he brought the #44 Zachry Toyota Camry home in the 8th position. Yeley's 2nd Top-10 of the season and his 19th finish inside the Top-20. Yeley continues his quest of remaining in NASCAR and he's surely pleading his case. In a care he didn't start the season in, he's doing very well and I expect nothing different come 2017 but hopefully Yeley gets a chance to make the Chase next season for Tri-Star Motorsports. Yeley heads to some tracks he has more experience then most drivers in the field. Yeley could steal a victory from a Chase driver and make a statement for 2017 that is team won't be a pushover by any means. (Koelle,2016)
