One week after being eliminated, Martin Truex Jr. takes the pole in Martinsville for Sunday's Goody's Fast Relief 500. Truex had some competition for the pole from Chaser Joey Logano who is Chasing Team Penske's first victory at Martinsville since 2002. Jimmie Johnson joined Joey Logano as Chasers starting in the Top-5. AJ Allmendinger and Chase Elliott helped round out the Top-5. Truex ends Joey Logano's streak of poles at Martinsville at 3 years in a row. It is Truex's first pole at Martinsville and fifth pole of 2016. Truex will lead the field to green on Sunday with coverage beginning at 1:00 pm/ET only on NBCSN.
