Reed Sorenson will possibly be doing double duty this weekend with Premium Motorsports. He is basically locked into the race on Saturday where he will drive the #49 Zyalix Male Enhancement Chevrolet Silverado in the Fred's 250 powered by Coca-Cola. On Sunday, Reed is expected to pilot the #98 Chevrolet SS for Premium if he can make the race. With there being 42 cars on the entry list both Premium Motorsports entries will have to battle for one of five open spots.

In the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race, Reed will be making his fourth start in the NCWTS, all coming this season with Premium Motorsports. His best finish came at Pocono in July where he finished 18th, Reed also made starts at Michigan and Chicago. Reed's experience at Talladega in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will help him excel in the Fred's 250 powered by Coca-Cola on Saturday.
If Reed Sorenson can make the race on Sunday it will be his 258th start in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. Reed's best finish in the NSCS came at his home track in Atlanta where he finished 3rd. If he qualifies, Reed will make his 11th start at the Talladega Superspeedway. His best finish in ten tries came in October of 2007 where he finished 10th. (Koelle,2016)
