Drivers Held in Infield Care Center after Martinsville; Fans Injured UPDATE

Three drivers went to the Infield Care Center at Martinsville Speedway following the Goody's Fast Relief 500.
AJ Allmendinger went to the Infield Care Center for Heat Exhaustion. AJ Allmendinger ran out of fuel and had to pit while the pits were closed. Allmendinger would go a lap down but he would rally back to finish 10th being the last car to finish on the lead lap.
Michael McDowell, who entered the Goody's Fast Relief 500 sick, went to the Infield Care Center following the race. McDowell has been battling Strep Throat along with Pneumonia and the heat in the car at Martinsville didn't make his situation any better. McDowell would battle through both issues to finish 18th, his 9th Top-20 finish of the season.
Along with McDowell and Allmendinger, Michael Annett was admitted into the Care Center for an Unknown reason. Stay tuned to the Motorsports News Source for any updates on this situation.
Also just coming in, there are emergency vehicles being dispatched near the helipad outside the Martinsville Speedway as reports are a spectator hitting other spectators outside the track.

UPDAE: AJ Allmendinger has been released from the Infield Care Center.

UPDATE: Michael McDowell has been released from the Infield Care Center. On Top of symptoms of Pneaumonia and Strep Throat he also burned his foot (Unknown if just one foot or both)

UPDATE: Michael Annett has been released from the infield care center after being treated for carbon monoxide poisoning.

UPDATE: Per Bob Pockrass "Track: Multiple pedestrians struck by a vehicle. It doesn't appear that there were any life-threatening injuries. One person in Custody.
