This weekend Patriot Motorsports Group is giving fans the chance to say thank you to the Military by helping send a Military family to the races. This helps these families get there minds off of their everyday worries and concerns and giving them a chance to enjoy some awesome NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Racing. We spoke with Jesse Iwuji who drives for Patriot Motorsports Group about this program his team owner is putting on this weekend in Idaho.
"My Patriot Motorsports Group team owner John Wood is the promoter for the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Idaho 208 race at Meridian Speedway and what we're doing this year is donating tickets to military vets and their families to come to the race for free."
Jesse is a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. He is also a driver in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West where he drives the #36 which is purple some weekends and yellow other weekends.
"For fans looking to support our cause? They can head to www.patriotmotorsportsgroup.com and purchase the "Military Tickets" and once purchased the proceeds will go toward reserving tickets for the military families coming to the race!" (Koelle,2016)
