Koch, a series veteran, made the switch from TriStar Motorsports following last season and moved to the newly formed Kaulig Racing at Daytona. Koch has had his best season of his career breaking his career best finish and on the verge of making the inaugural NASCAR Chase For The Xfinity Series Championship. Blake Koch has beat his best career finish at numerous tracks on the circuit and could do so in the final eight races of the NASCAR Xfinity Series season.
“I’m glad that LeafFilter™ will once again be back on my car and invested in my career for another season,” Koch said. “It means the world to me to have a sponsor like LeafFilter™ behind me. I feel like the relationship that LeafFilter™ and I have has become one of the best relationships in the NASCAR XFINITY Series. They are an amazing company, with a great product, and led by an incredible person.”

"It's awesome that LeafFilter Gutter Protection™ will be back as the primary sponsor of Blake (Koch) and Kaulig Racing™ next season," Kaulig said. "2016 has been a great start for Kaulig Racing™ as well as a career-best season for Blake, but I know things will only get better from here. “LeafFilter™ and their employees work so hard and they have risen to be the best in their industry.  We are crazy excited to have LeafFilter™’s brand and employees represented as the primary sponsor of the No. 11 for all 33 races in 2017.”
Koch will look to seal his spot in the chase this weekend at Chicagoland Speedway. Blake's has started 20th twice once in June of 2011 and the other in June of 2015. Blake's best finish at Chicago came last season where he finished 21st. Koch could earn a Chase berth by tallying 39 points -- achieved by finishing 2nd with no laps led, third with at least one lap led or fourth with the most laps led -- and a new winner at Chicagoland. He could also earn a berth with a repeat winner and 19 points, achieved by finishing 22nd with no laps led, 23rd with at least one lap led and 24th with the most laps led.
