Lapcevich Shows an Act Champion at Autodrome St. Eustache

Cayden Lapcevich was able to take one step closer to winning the NASCAR Pinty's Series championship tonight by winning at Autodrome St. Eustache in St. Eustache, Quebec. Lapcevich was able to hold off DJ Kennington and Mark Dilley to take his third victory of the 2016 Season. DJ Kennington, Mark Dilley, Adam Martin and Alex Tagliani rounded out the Top-5.
With the victory and Andrew Ranger's eighth-place finish, Lapcevich will carry a 41-point lead over Ranger entering the season finale at Ontario's Kawartha Speedway next weekend. Lapcevich can become the youngest series champion in the history of NASCAR series by starting the race at Kawartha.
