Anderson Pulling Double Duty at Chicago

Jordan Anderson will be making his 3rd start in the NASCAR Xfinity Series this weekend while also running in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

Anderson has raced at Bristol Motor Speedway and Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. This weekend Anderson will get to add another track to his Xfinity Series Stat Sheet. On Saturday Afternoon, Anderson will drive the #97 Chevrolet Camaro in the Drive For Safety 300 at the Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet Illinois. Anderson has a best finish of 31st earlier this season with Obaika Racing at Mid-Ohio. His best start also came at Mid-Ohio where he started 35th. We must note that was just Anderson's 2nd attempt on a Road Course in NASCAR and to survive is really what is strived.
Before Anderson makes his 3rd NASCAR Xfinity Series start. Anderson will race his #66 Bolen Motorsports Chevrolet Siverado in tomorrow night's American Ethanol e15 225. Anderson has had a very successful season with Bolen Motorsports. in their Inaugural season to boot.
Anderson has raced at Chicago before and looks to beat his best start and finish as he has done numerous times this season. Anderson started in the Chicago race last season starting 28th and finishing 20th. Anderson is coming off of a 13th place finish in Canada and a string of Four straight Top-20 finishes. Anderson will look to gain his 5th straight Top-20 finish. Anderson has had 8 Eight Top-20 finishes in 13 starts this season. Anderson has an average start of 23rd and an average finish of 20th. Anderson currently sits 19th in NASCAR Camping World Truck Series points, the same place he finished last season with seven races to go. (Koelle,2016)
