History is Made in Bristol Tennessee as Ben Kennedy Gains First Career Victory!

In one of the most exciting finishes at Bristol I have seen in a long time, Ben Kennedy was able to hold off a late charge by Brett Moffitt and land his first career victory along with basically locking himself into the chase! Brett Moffitt scored his best career finish finishing second, Daniel Hemric over came having to go to a back up car after a crash in practice to finish 3rd, William Byron and Johnny Sauter rounded out the Top 5. After almost an hour long rain delay, the race began and it was nothing but chaos with tons of aggressive racing as we were at the time racing for halfway. As time continued, we made it to halfway but with just 4 cautions before halfway. After that there were a total of 5 cautions leading up to the epic finish between Ben Kennedy and Brett Moffitt. With this win Ben Kennedy becomes the first member of the France family to score a victory in NASCAR. Earlier this week the King's Grandson Thad Moffitt won his first career victory which makes for a historical week still with 2 races to go. With the win Ben Kennedy will join William Byron, Matt Crafton, Christopher Bell, John H. Nemechek and Johnny Sauter as winners in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series!

  1. I am grateful to have worked with Ben Kennedy when he started racing quarter midget back in '05 thru '07. It was a honor and pleasure. So happy to see him get his first NASCAR truck series win. Congratulations!
