William Byron won his 5th career race and his 5th race of the 2016 Season. William Byron was able to hold off charges from drivers like Timothy Peters, Spencer Gallagher, and Cameron Hayley to basically break that lock that was locked which means William Byron could be a a permanent name in victory lane this season. Cameron Hayley finished second, his second 2nd place finish of 2016 (Atlanta). Brett Moffitt came home third, Timothy Peters and Cole Custer, who spun early in the race helped round out the Top 5. There was 5 lead changes among 3 drivers (Timothy Peters, William Byron, and Spencer Gallagher).

The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series takes the week off as they head to the hills of Tennessee for a Classic Battle at the Last Great Colosseum. Timothy Peters has been very good here in recent years including picking up the win in 2012.
