Premium Motorsports Has Premium Performances at Pocono

This weekend NASCAR Raced on a Monday at the Pocono Raceway in Pocono, PA. Many crashes ended up giving many underfunded teams their best finishes of the 2016 Season including both Premium Motorsports Entries with Reed Sorenson behind the wheel of the #98 Chevrolet SS and Cole Whitt in the #55 Chevrolet SS.
This weekend was filled with many of the higher dollar teams having a bad day including Stewart Haas's #10 and #14. This gave light to many of NASCAR's Underfunded teams to have a successful Monday and without a doubt Premium Motorsports put on a Premium Performance.
Reed Sorenson started the Axalta We Paint Winners 400 from 40th place and was able to dodge and weave crashes and battle through the field to finish 28th which would be Reed's best finish since Phoenix in 2014 where he finished the same position 28th. It was a little different to see Reed behind the wheel of the #98 as normally Cole Whitt drives the #98. It was the first time since Kansas of 2015 where Reed was behind the wheel of the #98. Cole Whitt is entered in the #98 at Michigan while Reed Sorenson is entered in the #55 both Unchartered Cars.
Cole Whitt also would turn his 3rd 30th place finish behind the wheel of the #55 Vydox Plus Chevrolet SS. Cole would start 37th and push his way up to a 30th place finish which is very impressive for an underfunded team. Cole also finished ahead of 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion Kyle Busch after Busch sent his car to the garage after making hard contact with the outside wall. As noted about Cole Whitt will return to the #98 this weekend at Michigan where he will look to capitalize on some momentum from Pocono.
