William Byron Starts on Pole for Today's NC Education Lottery 200

For the first time this season a day race on a Mile and a Half will happen, as last nights race was pushed today. Many drivers are noting how the handling will be different from where they practiced on Thursday night. It will also be the first day truck race ever at the Charlotte Motor Speedway to be ran in the day-time. With rain falling on the track for qualifying, qualifying was cancelled and the field will be set by Thursday practice speeds which lands William Byron on his 2nd straight pole. Austin Theriault; Caleb Holman; Jesse Little; and Austin Hill all Did Not Qualify for Today's Race.
