Byron Survives Kansas Chaos

In continuation of Sunday's wild race in Talladega the trucks had to deliver their own version of chaos in Kansas and we ended the night with a first time NASCAR Camping World Truck Series winner, William Byron. Byron, who drives the #9 entry for Kyle Busch Motorsports, took the lead after Johnny Sauter and Ben Rhodes made contact sending both into the outside wall surrendering the victory to William Byron. Pole sitter John Wes Townley spun early in the race which ended up ending Parker Kligerman's day early after Parker made hard contact with the outside wall. Matt Crafton, Daniel Hemric, Christopher Bell, and Clint Bowyer rounded out the top 5.
