The Best Seat In The House - Talladega Superspeedway (Talladega, AL)

Are you planning on going to the Talladega Superspeedway this weekend? With this 2nd edition of The Best Seat In The House we will highlight the Talladega Superspeedway and give you all the fans the point of view that I have had over the years. I have been to Talladega Superspeedway 4 years for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, Xfinity Series, and The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. This weekend will be my first ARCA Race at the Talladega Superspeedway. I have sat in a few places over the years but mainly I have been sitting in the Talladega Grandstand. I'll give a little more insight on why below.

Lower Grandstands (Talladega - Gadsden Grandstands)

I have sat in seats from Talladega Grandstand all the way down to the Gadsden Grandstands and by far Talladega Grandstands are the best out of the two. It's just past the start finish line and is where you can see the most in reality from this level. You can get close to the action for just 50$ (Now 60$) You get two days of racing for under 90$ which is something that not many tracks can say. It is one of the best races of the year also has free camping to offer but we will get to that in the next article. If you want cheap racing where you can see the Sprint Cup Series without breaking the bank. Talladega is where to go!

Tower Seating (Talladega - Gadsden Tower)

If you want a phenomenal sight line not just on the track but in the background then tower is certainly the place to go. You can see all of the action without having to watch a hair of it on TV. If you are affraid of heights though I would not suggest the tower because it can get pretty high. It is also near the spotters stand so you have a pretty good view of what the spotters can see. If you sit this high I suggest grabbing some binoculars so you can see a little closer to your favorite driver and hopefully your driver doesn't get caught in the big one like mine has in the past.
