Are You Feeling Lucky? - Richmond Edition

Richmond is the scene of this weekends circus event and well we have a returning driver this weekend also! Tony Stewart will be making his return this weekend in Richmond and at a track Stewart has had success on in the past. Other drivers have also been good here and could be a pick on this weeks Pick 4 with Joey Logano in the lead in the points!

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Pick Four RIR Edition

Joey Logano

Joey Logano won here in 2013 and the next few tracks we visit are Chase Tracks Richmond being the only non chase race for the next few weekends. Logano had a string of wins going on during the 2014 and 2015 Chase and I could see a regular season win streak starting for Logano. Logano is one of the best drivers here recently with consistency every weekend and I think he will be the next guy who will land in victory lane.

Tony Stewart

What better story would it be for Tony to land a victory here in Richmond? Tony won his first career NASCAR Winston Cup Series victory here in 1999 and looks at two chances to add two more Richmond trophys to the case. I have a feeling Tony will return on fire as if he was racing 5 years ago. One thing you will surely not have to worry with Tony is not having all of the lug nuts on his car come Sunday afternoon.

Jamie McMurray

Something tells me Jamie will be good at these next two tracks. McMurray has the third best average at Richmond since 2014 which means improvement is there and could round up a win once again in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. McMurray has not won a race since October 2013 and you know that is beginning to bug him. Well next weekend we return to where he won his last win in Talladega Alabama.

Kurt Busch

Kurt won here last year and it just so happens last year was the first year we have had a night race at Richmond in a few years. Kurt has been good at Richmond as of late and I could see that string of good luck land Kurt in victory lane! With alot of speed behind the wheel of that #41 car Stewart Haas could have 2 cars in the chase like Last year. The other two could pick up a win soon especially Danica with her great runs recently just not at Richmond.

NASCAR Xfinity Series Pick of The Week

Cole Custer

Cole Custer will be making his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut this weekend behind the wheel of the #5 car for JR Motorsports. Cole won here in the K&N Series so something says he will be good here Saturday Afternoon, especially since the race he won was a day race and this Saturday will be the first Xfinity Day race at Richmond in a while. When it's Cole Custer you will not be surprised.
