The Paper Clip tucked in the Virgina Mountains is where we head this weekend and this is commonly a track that can be where battle royals and brawls happen, take a look at last year for example with Matt Kenseth and Joey Logano. Maybe Danica Patrick vs. David Gilliland? Well this is the first short track we visit in the 2016 Season and this is where I feel that new rules package could shine bright!
