The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads to Phoenix International Speedway for Round 2 of The West Coast Swing. An eventful Las Vegas will be hard to follow for the Desert track in Arizona and I could see the racing pick up and get better as time progresses and who knows anyone could land in victory lane. The Last race here at PIR got waterlogged and ended with Fan-Favorite Dale Earnhardt Jr. in victory lane for the 2nd time at PIR. Kevin Harvick has had a rather success streak when it comes to PIR and it could continue this sunday in Phoenix. 39 cars are once again on the entry list which means everyone will make this race. The Charter System has only been in play for one race and that was the Daytona 500. Will we see another race in 2016 with the Charter put into play? Will Harvick win again in The Rattlesnake Hills?
