Daniel Suarez - NASCAR Xfinity Series Regular Spotlight

On Saturday Daniel Suarez showed he could step up to the big dogs, almost winning the Boyd Gaming 300 at Las Vegas. Suarez has the talent and a win is near and it could be as soon as Phoenix, a track Daniel is very familiar with. Daniel began in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2014 at Richmond where he finished an impressive 19th in his debut. Since that race Suarez has impressed fans and drivers alike more and more each week. In recent weeks Daniel has been the guy who has been leading the charge for the Xfinity Series regulars. While not having the win in the win column media and TV announcers know it is coming for Suarez. Suarez has surely shown he belongs in the NASCAR Xfinity and Camping World Truck Series but with the full time ride in the Xfinity Series and support from Kyle Busch good things are going to come to Suarez with time. This weekend at Phoenix could be that one race where Suarez shines bright and could land himself as the first driver to lock into the chase in the Xfinity Series. Phoenix
is just the place for him to do it and I could see a victory by Suarez help the Xfinity Series Viewership as we enter a crucial California Race. Last season Suarez finished 5th in the NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship while so far in 2016 Suarez is the points leader of the Xfinity Series. Could Suarez be the next Sprint Cup Driver for Joe Gibbs? Could he move to the much anticipated 2nd car for Furniture Row in 2017? Only time will tell but I have to say Suarez is one diamond I wouldn't want to let go because he will shine sooner or later. (Koelle,2016)
