NASCAR Veteran David Starr will return to Tri-Star Motorsports in 2016. Starr, who has raced in all three of NASCAR's major divisions, has been with Tri-Star since 2014 driving the #44 and #10. Starr will make his 75th Start in the NASCAR Xfinity Series next month at Daytona with Tri-Star Motorsports but with a downsizing team. Starr's former teammate Blake Koch is now with the newly formed Kaulig Racing and Eric McClure will be making his season start with JD Motorsports.
